Is there a cancellation fee?

We understand things can happen and we will not charge you to cancel your regularly scheduled cleaning service. We will charge $20 cancellation fee if it occurs too frequent We will charge a 20% cancellation fee if you are a new client and you had scheduled an Initial Cleaning, Move out or Move in cleaning.

What if I need to reschedule my service?

We work based on your schedule. Simply notify us 72 hours before your regularly scheduled cleaning service.

What if they missed a room or a spot?

We try our best to do a complete quality home cleaning service. Like any new relationships we may make a mistake. But we do offer a guaranteed service, which means if you notify us within 24 hours, we will send a cleaning crew to correct their mistake or area that you were not satisfied at no cost.

What if the cleaners break or damage my property?

The cleaners will report it immediately and we will contact you to resolve the issue. If you notice damage you must report it within 24 hours. For damage of an item or property, we mayoffer to replace, repair or a refund of your payment. In a case of repair, Let’s Clean will choose the method, manner, and person to perform such a repair.

Is my personal information safe with your company?

All information supplied to us by a customer is considered by us to be confidential. We will not sell, exchange or give mailing lists, names, phone numbers or address to anyone else for any reason. Our cleaners are trained to consider any information about any customer totally confidential.

Can you clean if I’m not home?

Yes we can, just let us know how to get in.

Do you clean on the weekends?

We work Monday to Saturday and start our first jobs at 8 am and finish around 5­6 pm during the week and 3 pm on Saturdays. We do our best to stay on live chat and phone to 8pm during the week and 5 pm on Saturday for any questions or booking concerns. After hour cleaning is available for offices.

Who’s responsible for the supplies?

We bring all of the necessary supplies, including vacuums, color coded rags and microfiber towels (supplied by Cintas) . If you have a prefered product to use (ex. wood floors) just let us know.

Are your services actually green and eco-friendly?

All of our cleaning products are eco­friendly, biodegradable and nontoxic products.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards, cash or checks. ( make a separate check for the tips or give them cash) However we will require a credit card on file to book your appointment.

Do I have to be there when the cleaners arrive?

No, its not necessary but we prefer if you are home at the beginning of the service. If its not possible you can leave a key for us to get in or your garage/lockbox code and we’ll handle it from there. Some of our clients leave their key under a mat, in the mailbox, at a front­desk, or somewhere else out of sight.

How long does each cleaning take?

Typically it comes out to about 1 hour per 600­900 sq ft for a crew of 2, but it will all depend on the condition of the house. Please call us for a free quote over the phone.

Will cleaners come at set time of the day?

Yes, we give a window of 60 minutes for traffic and weather considerations.

How many people do you send to my house?

We will send 2 cleaners each time. This way the cleaners get to know the particulars and priorities of your house and family. We try to give you a very customized service based on your needs and requirements.

Does your rate include gratuity?

No, we charge you for the cleaning service. Gratuity is optional.

Do i have to leave payment after each cleaning for my regularly scheduled service?

No, we can set up a account with you to charge your credit card after each cleaning.

Are your cleaners bonded, insured, and background checked?

We are bonded and insured, and background checks are run against each person in each team we work with. This is one of the major benefits associated with using our business over an individual who may claim to take these precautions but does not.

Tell me about your Move In/Out and Deep Cleaning?

Our Move In/Out cleaning is designed to prepare an apartment or house for a new tenant. We will include; all the rooms and floors of the house, detail cleaning of baseboards, dust all blinds, wipe all interior windows and window sills, clean inside and outside of cabinets and drawers, dust light fixtures, dust ceiling fans and air vents, clean and disinfect interior and exterior of all appliances, and the general ( vacuuming, mopping,bathrooms, kitchen)

We do not provide steam cleaning of the carpet.
